**The Position**:
Our client is a high-profile, dynamic young Tech company with significant backing from prestigious heavyweight investors and is now entering the most exciting stage of its global development as it grows from hundreds into thousands.

The CFO will lead the Group Finance function, with responsibility for risk & compliance, financial planning and finance transformation as well as treasury and working capital management.

You will build strong relationships with shareholders and drive further fund-raising from institutional investors, while preparing the company for different growth pathways and future exit options.

Leading the finance team, you will be a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Management, analysing business risks & opportunities whilst developing the company’s financial targets. With sound commercial acumen, you will assess potential commercial deals and evaluate different business models whilst keeping an eye on strategic M&A opportunities.

**Skills & Experience Required**:
You will be suitably qualified, with an impressive academic background and 15+ years’ relevant experience in Finance, either as a FD/CFO within Fintech, eCommerce, Technology and/or Banking, or as a technology-focused Investment Banker with an impressive track record.

Experience gained in the Venture Capital Start-up space is preferred as you will need to direct equity and fund-raising activities, using your experience in investor communications and liaisons with VC Funds and Banks.

You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and sharp business instincts, able to drive growth in an entrepreneurial environment.
