**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Role of Projector Coordinator involves management, supervision and co-ordination of construction activities in accordance to health and safety guidelines. Meeting project goals, target and timing report progresses to the Project manager / Project director.
**Major Duties & Responsibilities**
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and consultants regarding project management, oversight, and coordination of construction activities.
- Supervise team members and subcontractors, overseeing daily operations at one or more assigned project sites.
- Ensure that supervisors and workers adhere to client and regulatory standards, including environmental, safety, and health requirements.
- Track site progress and prepare progress claims, collaborating with the Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager on project status and claims.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time.
**Job Requirements**
- GCE ‘N’ Level, ‘O’ Level, ITE, Diploma, Trade Certs or equivalent.
- Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Computer skills(s): MS Excel and MS Word
- Prefer with experience working with Town Council in R&R and A &A Works / Construction Works.
- Prefer a Singapore Class 3 driving license.
- Job seeker without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,500.00 per month
