**Junior Day Trader**

Top Infinity Pte Ltd is a proprietary firm that specialises in the trading of stocks, indices, currencies and cryptocurrencies.

We are currently looking for applicants who have a passion for trading and a keen interest to excel and perform in the financial markets.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Trade financial instruments such as FX, equities, indices and/or cryptocurrencies,
- Identify market trends and trading opportunities and trade independently on the financial markets with allocated funds
- Enter and exit trading positions within the day
- Manage portfolio construction and risk, and have complete ownership of P&L
- Analyse and calculate risk to reward ratio of all trades before execution
- Monitor and reconcile trading positions
- Maintain meticulous record keeping and reporting on trading activities (trading journal)
- Strictly follow the trader’s mandate
- Make macroeconomic and industry analysis with an objective judgement on the future trend and determine the next day’s trading plan
- Communicate with the team on daily basis about market information, flows and colours
- Work with the team to improve trading strategies
- Holiday coverage and night shift (foreign market trading hours) is required from time to time

**Knowledge, skills and abilities**:

- A strong background in mathematics and statistics
- Knowledge and understanding of financial markets
- Thorough analytical skills and robust risk management
- Exercise discipline and ensure consistency in identifying and navigating trading risks and opportunities
- Ability to react quickly to changing circumstances and make effective decisions
- Autonomous and results driven
- Ability to handle stress and work in a high pressure, collegial, collaborative team environment
- Driven, resilient and hardworking individual
- Prior personal/professional trading experience with track record is ideal
- Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English.
- Fresh university graduates with trading experience may apply

**Salary**: $2,650.00 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
