Senior Associate, Airside Works

As a member of **Airside Development**, you will play a key role in supporting the ongoing development plans of Changi Airport by facilitating safe and efficient construction activities in the airfield. This role reports to the team lead of the Airside Development (Airside Works) team:
- You will be involved in regular engagements with various project management teams about their project implementation plans to ensure compliance with aerodrome safety requirements and to minimise disruption to aircraft operations
- Responsibilities also include formulating policies to govern airside works, improving the inspection regime and procedures, as well as conducting surveillance checks
**Requirements**:
- Good degree/diploma in any discipline, preferably with a passion for the in aviation industry
- Experience and knowledge in aviation safety or workplace safety would be advantageous
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse group of both senior management and operations staff
- Good interpersonal, stakeholder management, communication skills, determination, curiosity, and positive attitude.
- Highly driven, independent, resourceful, and adaptable team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Enjoys problem-solving and challenging status quo
