Assistant Manager, Singhealth Office of Regional

You will collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to communicate these programmes and corresponding changes in operational practices, to ensure maximum adoption amongst SingHealth institutions. You will also engage community nursing, clinical and/or operational departments from SingHealth institutions to identify population needs in the eastern region, as well as conceptualise, develop and implement new initiatives. You will establish strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, community care partners with the Ministry of Health / Agency of Integrated Care in seeking novel and financially-viable options of implementing new initiatives to support resident’s health and social needs.
In addition to the above, you will work with programme owners such as IHiS to identify and establish data extraction criteria indicators for reporting. You will liaise closely with them to extract, consolidate and analyse data required for statistics reporting and programme evaluation. You will identify and propose outcome measures for BSC/KPI reporting, as well as monitor and recommend solutions to address gaps in the performance of these programmes.
You will also provide administrative support where required to develop and implement appropriate workflows to ensure regular progress reports are prepared and submitted in a timely manner. You will assist the primary care and community care operations annual work plan exercise related to population health. You will plan for/organise retreat and events, as well as provide secretarial support to ensure meetings are well organised and facilitated

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience in healthcare
- Good presentation and writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish relationships
- Possess strong analytical skills with an understanding of financials, statistics and workflow engineering and re-engineering would be an added advantage
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Highly independent, effective and possess strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Ability to adapt and embrace changes
- Able to manage timelines well and meet deadlines
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
