As a **Better Retail Executive**, you have been specially identified as a team member we want to nurture into something Better. **_ A Better Retail Operations Executive Will:_**:

- Possess an** Excellent Command of Spoken and Written English**:

- **Lead the Service Experience** by developing direct and meaningful relationships with our customers
- Develop and maintain **Strong** **Product Knowledge** of in-house brands, in order to provide Better play advice for our shoppers (don’t worry, we help you with this)
- Motivate the achievement of **Daily Store Sales and KPI Goals**.
- Uphold the **Company’s Policies** and **Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) **with excellence.
- Ensure optimal **Housekeeping** standards; including (but not limited to) the store’s Display & Merchandising, Windows, Shelves, Counter, Storeroom - and overall cleanliness of the shop
- Take Charge of **Standard Retail Roles & Duties** within the store; including (but not limited to) Cashiering, Store Ordering, Stock-Take - and any other tasks that may be reasonably assigned to faciliate your professional growth
- Possess good **Communication** skills, and **Work Well Independently or as part of a **Team**.
- Be a **Self-Starter** with strong **Initiative**, and have a strong appetite for **Self-Led Learning**.

**_Salary Indication:_**:

- $2,200 - $2,500 / mth
