Position Summary:
The Security Engineer is tasked with safeguarding an organization’s systems and data by designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security solutions. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and manage security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify and mitigate security risks.

- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures across the organization.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure system configurations and updates.
- Conduct security training and awareness programs for employees.
- Stay updated on the latest security threats, technologies, and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Investigate security breaches and prepare detailed reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in information security or a similar role.
- Proficiency in security tools (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS).
- Strong understanding of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS Controls).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+).
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
