**Duties**
- Responsible for onboarding Deel customers around the world, dealing with complex onboarding documentation
- Managing workload independently and efficiently and within SLAs
- Providing a high quality service to customers and internal teams, prioritizing work accurately under pressure to meet specific onboarding deadlines.
- Escalating issues to the internal teams as required
- Learning new processes and rules quickly, and being adaptable to meet the needs of the business
- Identify potential process or product gaps, and support the business operations in streamlining the onboarding processes on a global level.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in customer service or KYC/onboarding
- Knowledge of ID documentation and other relevant onboarding documentation
- Strong analytical skills: identify, scope and resolve complex onboarding issues
- Experience using JIRA, Zendesk, Intercom or other ticketing tools is a plus
- You can balance attention to detail with swift execution and are able to stay focused when supporting multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluent in English. Another language is a plus.
