JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Perform building energy performance analysis through energy modelling to for green building design and compliance requirements.

Conduct bioclimatic analysis (such as sun-path analysis, solar insolation analysis, wind analysis, daylight & glare analysis) and recommend measures/KPIs to optimize the building design from the environmental perspective.

Conduct necessary calculations and simulations for Green Building certification Projects, such as HVAC/ACMV, lighting, landscape, ETTV/OTTV, energy simulation etc.

Perform CFD simulations for airflow analysis for indoor/outdoor thermal comfort, Wind-driven rain.

Perform assessment of wind/solar energy potential on a building or development level.

Prepare technical reports and presentations.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Bachelor’s degree (Architecture, mechanical, electrical, civil, building science etc.)

Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in relevant industry.

Good knowledge of building physics and renewable energy

Good knowledge of Green Building standards such as Green Mark, LEED, WELL, GBI, Living Future etc.

Fluency in written and spoken English.

Able to review, understand and interpret design and construction documentation, including floor plans, engineering schematics and schedules, specifications, shop drawings and operating sequences.
