Our client is a leading global bank, looking for Sustainable Finance professional with risk and governance mindset to join their growing team in Singapore at AD level.
Reporting to the head of function, you will aid the execution of sustainable finance products, emphasising on product development and controls. Role sits in first line, and the responsibilities include monitoring Sustainable Finance controls across various business lines, establishing strong risk controls for new products, enhancing operational processes, and identifying operational and regulatory risks for new ventures. Working closely with product owners, you will set standards for product governance and ensure alignment with bank's standards and processes. The goal is to establish effective risk mitigation measures and solid frameworks to support Sustainable Finance solutions and their associated risk management functions.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or related field
- 3-7 years' relevant experience in risk and governance
- Possess knowledge of Sustainable Finance and ESG regulatory developments, have a passion to grow in this area
- Team player, self-starter and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive initiatives independently and manage stakeholders effectively
