We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as **Senior Vice President, IT Business Management.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Accountable to CIO SG to take ownership of business activities and provide dedicated support and leadership in business management
- Work closely with SG DBS COO office and help CIO SG drive activities across IT in SG to fulfil business, operational and regulatory needs
- Connect and drive cross-GB/GF Technology initiatives in HK.
- Participate in business planning activities and supports CIO SG to meeting financial targets
- Engage with GB/GF and helps COO SG and CIO SG to understand overall technology charges to SG businesses and entities
- Facilitate & support senior management decision making by use of management information, performance information, analytics, forums, stakeholder feedback and HSBC strategy
- Monitor and ensure GB/GF compliance and adherence to the targets contained within the Technology balanced scorecard and other in-scope policies and intervene when necessary
Requirements- Degree in technology related disciplines with financial management responsibilities
- Customer centric and proven track record in driving results in highly-matrixed organization
- Experience in business management and exposure to cross line-of-businesses in HSBC
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experience of working with diverse teams and managing senior stakeholders
- Independent, highly analytical and capable to solve complex problems as well as effectively presenting strategic ideas to senior stakeholders whilst can follow through to drive execution
- Working knowledge of HSBC financial management and workforce management preferred
- Hands-on experience in direct cost management, technology annual budget planning, and use of relevant internal financial / planning tools (e.g. GPDM, Clarity, HIBS, TM1, etc.)
- Capable in prioritization and work under pressure
