Ielts Teacher

**About the School**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Teaching & Lesson Delivery**
- Plan, prepare, and deliver effective IELTS lessons covering all components: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet students’ diverse needs and proficiency levels
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to help students improve and reach their desired band scores

**2. Curriculum & Assessment**
- Develop or update IELTS teaching materials and resources in line with exam requirements
- Design and administer diagnostic tests, formative assessments, and progress tracking
- Analyse student performance data to identify areas for improvement

**3. Student Support**
- Offer consultation sessions to provide individual guidance and address student concerns
- Motivate and engage learners through interactive and learner-centred strategies
- Encourage students to develop autonomous study habits and time management skills

**Qualifications & Requirements**:
**Essential**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience teaching IELTS
- Strong command of English and familiarity with IELTS scoring criteria
- Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin

**Preferred**:

- CELTA / TESOL / TEFL or equivalent teaching qualification
- Previous experience teaching international students or adult learners

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: $2,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- IELTS: 1 year (preferred)
