**The Role**

You will report to the Technical Program Manager and work cross functionally with expansion, market, product, engineering, and supply teams to manage our demonstrations and presentations of features and industry innovations to help Neuron with city governments licenses and expand our footprint in key markets.

**What You'll Do**:

- Engage and collaborate with different stakeholders including market team, expansion team, product team, engineering team and supply team to ensure the product requirements are prioritized for development, configuration, implementation and shipment in a timely manner.
- Set up a testbed in the Singapore Office and work with the product team to do ground testing.
- Enhance (and automate where possible) existing end-to-end test plans of all product features with product and engineering teams based on cities' requirements.
- Work closely with the product team to develop and monitor delivery plans of new technology innovations for demonstrations to city governments.
- Support meetings to update stakeholders on the progress and highlight any project risks that can affect the time, scope and cost of demonstrations for early mitigation.
- Support retrospective meetings of demonstration projects to identify learnings and opportunities that will help improve the overall process.

**What You'll Need**:

- 2-3 years of technical project management experience in core project disciplines including scope, schedule, quality, along with risk and critical path management
- Must be well organized with a process-driven mindset and able to work effectively under time pressure
- Strong team player and communicator who is able to facilitate discussion and establish trust with diverse stakeholders based remotely
- Must possess analytical thinkings and the ability to guide the troubleshooting of technical issues
- Must be comfortable working across multiple time zones (including Canada and UK time zones) and managing remote project delivery teams
- Communication in both English and Chinese strongly preferred
- Knowledge to automate routine tasks using Macros, VBA programming or equivalent for process improvement strongly preferred
- A keen interest in shared mobility and a growth mindset is essential for this role.
- Be able to understand both business needs, technical details and willingness to roll up sleeves to do hand-on work.
- Ability to travel overseas as needed.
- Experience in IoT, software engineering or mobility industry is a plus
- A Project Management certification such as PRINCE2 or PMP is a plus
