**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create and curate an impressive cocktail menu, featuring unique and artfully crafted drinks
- Develop and refine recipes, incorporating seasonal and high-quality ingredients
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging techniques
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and overseeing inventory management
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests, and create bespoke cocktails
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
- Contribute to the development of training materials and standard operating procedures
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing our establishment at industry events and competitions
- Use operational downtime to improve yourself and team members in all aspects of bartending, bar and beverage management
- Requirements:
- You have:
- At least 4 years of experience as a mixologist or senior bartender in an upscale bar or restaurant.
- In-depth knowledge of mixology techniques, flavor profiles, and cocktail history
- Strong leadership skills, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring consistent quality and presentation of every drink served
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to provide a personalized and memorable experience for our guests
- Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, management, and customers
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in the hospitality industry
