**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector, focusing on companies requiring trade compliance and supply chain solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting TNETS’ services and value propositions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience in B2B Sales**: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Preferably 1-2 years of experience in the supply chain, logistics, or trade compliance industry. Familiarity with customs regulations, trade documentation, and supply chain processes is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- **Relationship Building**: Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- **Self-Motivated**: A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Hudspot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Educational Background**: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Knowledge of trade compliance regulations and customs processes.
- Experience in consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
