Are you passionate about resource management and project management? If so, we can offer you a position as a Senior Analyst and be part of our Programs & Projects Team. If you are a dynamic team player with 5 years of expertise in resource management systems and able to leverage tools like Smartsheet and Jira for seamless project execution and stakeholder alignment, we welcome you to apply

**What you will do**:
Project Support:

- Support project managers in completion of milestone documents, Data Migration and other project-related documentation like runbooks and quality-required validations
- Responsible for overseeing project scope changes, global test cases, issue reporting, and ensuring adherence to governance and compliance standards through coordination with the quality team.

Resource Management:

- Oversee and allocate the resources within IT to ensure that resources are adequately staff to support projects activities across department from Program and Project (P&P) and Core Systems (CS) Teams
- To highlight the overload resources and provide recommendation to management to decide to reprioritize the workload
- To manage stakeholders in P&P Team and CS Team to align resources situation periodically.

Tools:

- Manages Smartsheet test lists, UAT dashboard
- Manages Resource Management Tool
- Manages Jira Issue Trackers for projects.

**What you bring**:

- Experience _
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, IT, or related field
- 5 years of relevant working experience in project management and resource management
- Skilled in using project management software such as Smartsheet and Jira
- Proficient in project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, ensuring efficient project execution.
- Personal competencies _
- Skilled in resource management, adeptly handling capacity risks and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Experienced with Infor ERP LN and e-Commerce, enabling effective analysis and KPI reporting Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects concurrently, ensuring milestone delivery and resource optimization.
