We are seeking a **Director of Ops Tech**to lead our technology operations, including DevOps, Infrastructure Managed Services, Technology Service Desk and Command Centre. This role is critical in aligning technology operational resilience, ensuring seamless integration of infrastructure scalability, production support excellence, and risk mitigation.

You will be working closely with the CISO, driving alignment between technical operations, regulatory compliance, and security frameworks across cloud environments (AWS/Azure/OCI), and emerging web3 technologies and infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leadership & Governance**
- Partner with the CISO to embed cybersecurity principles into technology operational processes and infrastructure management.
- Define multi-year roadmaps for DevOps automation, service desk optimization, and 24/7 command centre capabilities.
- Manage vendor SLAs, and cost controls for global infrastructure services while ensuring alignment with risk appetite.

**Operational Oversight**
- **DevOps & Production Releases**: Streamline CI/CD pipelines, enforce release governance, and ensure zero-downtime deployments. Foster collaboration between development and operations teams to accelerate delivery cycles.
- **Infrastructure Managed Services**: Oversee cloud compute (AWS/Azure/OCI), HSM, networks, and storage. Lead capacity planning, disaster recovery testing, and performance optimization with a focus on scalability and redundancy.
- **Technology Service Desk & Command Centre**: Implement AI-driven monitoring tools, root-cause analysis protocols, and tiered escalation processes to maintain 99.95% uptime. Own crisis management during critical incidents (e.g., cyberattacks, system outages).

**Risk, Compliance & Audit**
- Conduct risk assessments for infrastructure vulnerabilities, third-party vendor dependencies, and regulatory gaps (MAS, GDPR). Partner with GRC teams to remediate findings.
- Lead IT audits and regulatory inspections; ensure adherence to frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC, NIST, or PCI-DSS.

**Team Development**
- Mentor a geographically dispersed team of engineers, analysts, and DevOps specialists. Promote cross-functional upskilling in cloud, security, and automation (e.g., IaC).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master's in computer science, IT, or related field; ITIL certifications preferred.
**- 10+ years**in tech leadership roles with expertise in:

- DevOps toolchains (Jenkins, GitLab), IaC (e.g., Terraform, Cloud Formation), and cloud-native architectures.
- Managing large-scale service desks, command centres, or NOC/SOC environments.
- Financial sector regulations (MAS, SOX) and web3/crypto infrastructure (wallets, blockchain nodes).
- Fluency in English and Chinese to engage regional stakeholders; experience in Singapore’s regulatory landscape required.

**Preferred**:

- Proven success in cloud migration projects ($1M+ budgets).
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven observability platforms or quantum-resistant cryptography initiatives.
