**What are we looking for?**

BlockTech is a high-paced algorithmic trading firm facilitating global decentralized trading in cryptocurrency derivatives while expanding to regulated markets.

We are growing like never before and we are looking for a Quantitative Developer who wants to join us in this exciting scale-up phase

**What will you do?**

As a Quantitative Developer, you will be working on the infrastructure of our platform, e.g. the specification and implementation of our mathematical models, as part of a very ambitious Scrum/Agile team.

At BlockTech, you get a lot of responsibility. You have the freedom to choose the path that leads to the solution.

**What do we require from you?**
- An academic degree in Mathematics, Physics, Quantitative Finance (or any other quantitative field)
- Experience with Python, C++ and/or Rust
- Proven versatility and ability to pick up new technologies and learn systems quickly
- A positive can-do attitude and a creative mind
- Willingness to commit long-term Good written and verbal communication skills in English
