Senior Manager, Mould Development Reorders

Core Responsibilities
- Lead, organize, develop and empower the Re-order Mould Development team in Singapore.
- Handle partner management within Singapore and towards the Headquarter in Denmark, to ensure a solid business foundation for the team.
- Take ownership through segmentation of re-orders and work proactively to improve our solutions.
- Drive the quality of mould constructions through re-orders.
- Secure governance of Cash Cow rules for re-orders.
- Ensure that the team are following the processes for Mould Development and secure the development and innovation of these through topic driving.
- Support capacity planning of Mould Development by securing a short lead time and flexibility within the workforce.
- Drive alignments for the Element and Mould (E&M) Singapore team and support Mould Engineering through cross collaborative tasks.

Re-order Mould Development is part of Mould Engineering under the E&M organization. We ensure high quality re-order mould solutions created worldwide on all LEGO® mould platforms, and ensures short time span with a flexibility approach.

Through continuously business development, the team supports the broader organization by improving the as-is through multi-functional collaboration and innovative mould solutions.
Do you have what it takes?
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar technical background is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in LEAN Management.
- More than 5 years in a people leader role, experience in leading and driving a diverse and highly collaborative team, promoting coherence and the end-to-end perspective.
- More than 2 years of experience working in an international Engineering organization.
- Strong end-to-end and Change Management skills.
- Experience in working with cross-cultural team, strong communication and partner management skills across all levels in a global organization.
