HR & Admin Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- To assist Head of Department in the recruitment and selection process including placing job advertisements, shortlisting applicants and arranging interviews.
- To prepare Letters of Appointments and plan and coordinate the induction programmes for the new hires.
- To assist in the review and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- To prepare and submit monthly reports and monitor the key HR performance statistics.
- To update and maintain HR information in the HR information system and ensure all P-files and HR documents are properly maintained.
- To administer the various employee benefits and ensure compliance with the policies and procedures.
- To assist Head of Department in coordinating the performance appraisal process.
- To assist Head of Department to administer the HR information system.
- To perform other HR and administration duties assigned by Head of Department.
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Keen interest to develop a career in HRM.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Excellent administrative skills, presentation and report writing skills.
- A team player who is proactive, mature, flexible and dependable.
**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,650.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- HRIS: 3 years (preferred)
