Singapore CONCENTRATE MANUFACTURING (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Full time

The primary purposes of this role include implement and compliance with PepsiCo / PGCS Food safety policies and relevant Quality procedures, implement and compliance with local regulatory requirements such as SFA, HALAL, Kosher, USFDA requirements and drive site Quality and Food safety culture through proportional ownership.

**RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Accountable for site compliance to Quality, Regulatory and Food safety standards such as PGCS QP’s, Food safety policy, AIBI, FSSC, SFA, HALAL, FSMA and etc

2. Manage all pre-audit activities and ensure success in third party audits

3. Give direction to all site departments include Projects on activities needed to comply with PepsiCo and 3rd party standards.

4. QC representative for site Network capacity projects - Ensure RFT for projects impacting Quality/Food safety.

5. Manage In-Plant GMP Audit Programs and drive corrective actions resulting from Internal Plant Auditing. Define the programs, train the auditors, compile metrics for senior management review, lead the weekly/monthly NC review meeting and use the process as a readiness for annual third-party audits

6. Compile and report compliance metrics on a monthly basis

7. Liaise with Support Centre and SRA as required

8. Act as a site Food safety team leader

9. Be the reference person on site for Quality, Regulatory and Food safety compliance

10. Site trainer for Quality, Regulatory and Food Safety related topics

11. Process owner for:

- NC management and its governance process
- Issue resolution relate with Food Safety incidents and complaints
- Food Safety management system review and communication process

12. Any other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned

**PRE-REQUISITES**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Food Technology or any other related discipline
- Certified as HACCP / FSSC lead auditor
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in compliance, ideally in driving Food safety system implementation
- Experience in managing local regulatory body such as SFA and MUIS
- Possess People Management skill and prior supervisory experience
- Possess knowledge of and experience in FSSC, AIBI standards, SFA, FSMA, HALAL regulations
- Strong leadership presence, ability to manage and co-ordinate with cross-functional teams on investigation analysis, troubleshooting and issues resolution
- Drive proportional ownership on Quality and Food safety standards
- Ability to lead change and drive behaviours
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in high-pressure work environment
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written with ability to clearly articulate ideas and proposals to all levels of the organization
