**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors.
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Resolve issues related to delivery delays, defective goods, or invoice discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs.
- Stay updated on market trends and pricing fluctuations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Knowledge of import/export procedures (if applicable).

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
