**About the job**:
Atlas, a division of LiquidX ventures, is a token advisory firm dedicated to guiding Web 3 companies and shaping impactful ecosystems. With LiquidX, Atlas invests both financial and intellectual capital into projects we believe in.

At Atlas, we specialize in fungible token launches, helping clients achieve their Web 3 objectives through meticulous design and agile execution. Our mission is supported by extensive networks, both internal (venture studio, research, and MON protocol initiatives) and external (legal partners, venture partners, key opinion leaders, marketing agencies, market makers, and exchanges).

As a Token Designer at Atlas, you will work with Web3 companies to define their tokenomics, provide in-depth analysis, governance frameworks and strategic guidance to drive the long-term success of their ecosystem. Specifically:

- Gain In-Depth Knowledge of Clients’ Products and Services: Fully understand our clients’ offerings to deliver exceptional advisory services.
- Facilitate Token Design Workshops: Lead workshops to develop innovative token designs that effectively influence stakeholder behavior within the client’s ecosystem.
- Ensure Legal Compliance: Design tokens within legal and compliance frameworks to create practical and functional token systems.
- Create Token Economy Models: Utilize Excel to construct token economy models and provide clients with clear, actionable insights. Capture and analyze financial and tokenized systems, testing system resilience across various macro environments.
- Design and Refine Token Economic Systems: Including incentive mechanisms, liquidity provisioning, and emissions schedules.
- Develop Token Lifecycle Strategies: Plan and outline critical phases of the token lifecycle, including ongoing incentive strategies before and after the Token Generation Event (TGE).
- Collaborate with Strategy Lead: Partner with the strategy lead to develop and implement effective, practical strategies.
- Develop Governance Frameworks: Covering on-chain and off-chain governance, community involvement, and participation methods.
- Actively Research and Stay at the Forefront: Keep up with emergent tokenomic models and trends in the Web3 space

**Requirements**:

- Excel Modeling: Proficient in Excel for detailed formatting, accurate numerical analysis, and output preparation.
- Miro Board Proficiency: Adept at using Miro boards to guide and visualize client design processes.
- Critical Thinking: Excellent at analyzing diverse perspectives and drawing logical conclusions. Creative in sourcing solutions using information from both client and personal research.
- Accountability & Communication: Takes ownership of workflow and sets clear expectations with clients and team members.
- Industry Knowledge: Well-versed in Web3 terminology, latest trends, and project strategies.
- Workshop Facilitation: Skilled at presentations, leading clients and teams through dynamic and efficient token design workshops.
- Proficiency in Miro, Notion, Excel, and Slack: Skilled in using these tools for collaborative and efficient project management.
- Systems Thinking: Strong grasp of systems thinking to enhance and streamline design processes.
- Legal Frameworks: Functional understanding of legal frameworks to ensure compliant and effective design systems.
