As a Principle Consultant you will be responsible for delivering high quality solutions and business outcomes based on Microsoft Azure. " **Responsibilities**: "- Demonstrate the ability to articulate value propositions for the most strategic Microsoft products and services and uses business, technology and industry strategies to define customer/partner requirements and constraints - Demonstrate expertise in a specific solution, or several products, feature functions, or services and drive opportunities to accelerate the adoption of the Microsoft Cloud - Drive and support innovation focusing on industry solutions and customer business outcomes on the Microsoft platform - Ensure solutions align with the intent of the architecture allowing for clear build test specifications and development of operations guides for the customer - Identify business and technical risks in programs, assesses their impact and proposes mitigations and contingencies - Provide stakeholder assistance throughout deployment to avoid/resolve technical issues - Balance Configure-Before-Customize principles with the goals of maximum customer/partner value and with the use of Microsoft core/baseline assets, people, products and tools and develop project plans that use the full project life cycle accounting for current & future business value of each solution while defining all technical dependencies for project " **Qualifications**: "Need to have a deep technical background with 10+ years of technology-related experience, along with 3+ years of Microsoft Azure (Experience on AWS or GCP will be an added advantage). Require in depth expertise in at least one of the following functional areas. - Designing and implementing private, public and/or hybrid cloud solutions. - Designing, implementing, and securing resources in Azure. - Designing and implementing Azure Landing Zones. - Knowledge of or an interest in one or more of the following: Azure PowerShell, CLI, Visual Studio, Python, Ruby, ARM or Terraform. - Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Infra-as-Code (IaC). - Understanding of Client Connectivity, Authentication & Authorization, Entra ID Framework, Active Directory - Deep knowledge of subscriptions to build Enterprise scale end-to-end solutions on Microsoft 365 (E5) security components such as Microsoft Defender Advanced Threat Protection (ATP), Azure Advanced Threat Protection, Microsoft Endpoint Data Loss Prevention, Microsoft Information Protection, Microsoft Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection, advanced e-discovery etc., - Understanding to build Enterprise scale end-to-end solutions for data classification, data protection and compliance. - Identity protection and security tools in Entra ID. - Active Directory Federation Services - Office 365 Identity synchronization - planning, design, and deployment of AAD connect service for Office 365 identity management. - Office 365 tenant planning and onboarding, tenant assessment - Office 365 Tenant to Tenant Migration Structure Planning - Windows PowerShell for automation of day to day administrative and Office 365 configuration tasks - Basic understanding of Networking, proxy, firewall, bandwidth planning for Office 365 deployment.
