**Responsibilities**
- Understand the design project
- Design, supervise and manage assigned projects independently under the guidance of the Directors’ and Associates’ including attending of meetings, recording of meeting minutes etc.
- Lead and guide assistant architects or technical staff assigned to project
- Prepare, and develop where required, drawings, models, images, and other documents relating to the assigned projects
- Participate and assist where required in the co-ordination of the internal team meetings/ discussions
- Liaise with client, consultants, suppliers, and government agencies to meet project deliverables, eg. brief, safety, ISO, cost, schedule etc.
- Report to the Directors’, Associates’, and Senior Architects to update on the progress of assigned projects
- Thorough knowledge of and compliance with company’s procedures and standards
- Contribute, or otherwise assist, as required

- Demonstrate ability to undertake the above responsibilities
- Able to work on more than one project simultaneously
- Ability to understand and formulate design decisions and present for discussion
- Ability to understand design decisions taken by others
- Ability to use a variety of media in the development and documentation of a project
- Ability to take initiative and take proactive approach to tasks and in response to direction or instruction
- Ability to meet deadlines efficiently
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and as part of an effective team
- Flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working
- Able to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Self-motivated and able to take responsibility

**Requirements**:

- Professional Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Singapore
- Familiar with local building requirements, regulations, and submission procedures
- Good design skills and technical knowledge
- Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D Sketchup are essential (Proficient in Revit is a plus)
- Ability to use Photoshop, Illustrator, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Good verbal and written communication skills
