**Role **As a Social Media and Content Creation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our social media platforms and creating engaging content to enhance our brand’s online presence. You should be independently creative, fluent with all social media apps and tools, and actively engaged in social media marketing. You should also have excellent filming and editing skills, and be able to create compelling content that resonates with our audience. While you will be executing tasks independently, you will have the support of our design team.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Social Media Management**:

- Manage and update our social media platforms regularly.
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase online presence and improve marketing efforts.
- Monitor analytics to identify viable ideas and assess the effectiveness of our social media campaigns.

**Content Creation**:

- Independently create engaging content for our social media platforms, including filming and editing videos.
- Use proper cameras and editing software to ensure high-quality footage.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop content themes and strategies.

**General**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools.
- Proactively acquire knowledge regarding company general information, product news, customer feedback and staff communication.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Fluency and active engagement with all social media apps and tools in marketing terms.
- Ability to independently execute creative tasks, with a strong sense of creativity and attention to detail.
- Experience in filming and editing videos, preferably with professional-grade cameras.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for our products and brand.
