HR Admin Receptionist

**Responsibilities**:
- Receive all visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, and directing them to respective staff/personnel
- Answer all incoming phone calls and forwarding them to the respective staff/department
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Oversee all administrative tasks such as stationary requisition and managing office assets list
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of front desk and floor area
- Assist in maintaining or revising company policies
- Liaise with external parties like insurance vendors, booking of hotel accommodation or flight tickets etc.
- Participate in HR projects e.g: team bonding activites
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by HR Director
**Job Requirements**:
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience as a receptionist or HR Admin Officer
- Min. Diploma certificate in Business Administration/Human Resources/any other relevant field(s)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English & Mandarin (for business communication needs)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to adapt and work well under pressure
