**Your role**
- We’re looking for a Senior Quality & Test Engineer / Test Automation specialist to:
- understand the bigger picture (end-to-end impact assessment) to identify and predict issues early
- develop custom tools and integrate with existing tools to increase engineering productivity
- collaborate within the team to deliver efficiencies and productivity improvements
- liaise with multiple stakeholders (at all levels) across the bank including international locations and drive the defect management process for your POD

**Your team**
- You will be working in the Information Capturing & Processing Crew, which is part of the foundation stream of Client Document and Records Management. You will work within a team of quality and test engineers who work across various PODs of Information Capturing & Processing and support the delivery and improvement of the forms, capturing and related automation products. Along with your team members, you will enable the transition from our classic products to the new strategic and integrated suite of products.
- The crew mission is to become the global differentiator for capturing and processing of (client) information by offering innovative information services for integration & automation.
- The members of this chapter are working out of Switzerland, Poland and Singapore.

**Your expertise**
- You have previously held a similar testing role, for at least 6 years within the finance sector:
- proven delivery of performing testing to assess for security, reliability, efficiency, reliability, maintainability and portability
- able to perform regression testing for project, product and PRV (Production Readiness Verification)
- experience of working in Agile teams
- strong background in use case interpretation (translating from BA to Test cases)

Essential Skills/Experience:
- ISTQB Foundation Certification of above
- sound knowledge of Defect Analysis, Prioritisation, Regression Testing
- proven Test Management know-how and ability to work with both BA's and Developers
- requirement Traceability Matrix (mapping stories to test cases)
- experience with SOAP UI & Postman/Swagger
- familiar with using Gherkin
- programming languages (C# conceptual knowledge at a minimum)

Beneficial skills:
- test automation
- experience in Kofax Total Agility product
- understanding of Document/Record management from processing to archiving
- experience and certification in MS Azure
