**What the role is**
- Project title: Process Automation and AI Solutions Development for Operational Enhancement Review the processes under the different workstreams and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

**What you will be working on**
- Creating automated workflows for high-volume data entry processes across multiple systems, research/development of Generative AI solutions to improve operational efficiency, development of dashboards

**What we are looking for**
- a) Interested in reviewing operational process flows b) Good analytical and problem solving skills c) Familiarity or proficiency with one or more of the following tools would be advantageous: - Excel - RPA programs such as UiPath - Power BI or Tableau
