概要

海外アドバイザー補助全般を担当して頂くアシスタントを募集しています！

求人内容

・日系企業及び機構内関係者とのメール、連絡調整、会議出席
・メール、ニュースレター、SNS等を利用し、プロジェクトのプロモーション活動
・Excel, Word, PowerPoint等を使った資料作成
・議事録の準備（日本語・英語）
・セミナー開催時の事務補助及び司会進行補助
・レポート作成の補助
・プロジェクト事業に関連する一般事務・補助全般
・日本やASEAN地域への出張
- General Project Assistant for the Innovation Team
- Prepare simple documents using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Preparation of minutes (Japanese only, English only)
- Assist with administrative work and moderating at seminars
- Assist in the preparation of reports
- General administrative work and assistance related to the project
- Travel to Japan and neighboring countries in Southeast Asia (negotiable)
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned

応募資格

[必須条件]
- 日本または日系企業での勤務経験
- PCスキル（Excel／Word／PowerPoint, ZOOM/ Teams）
- 一般秘書業務・簡単な資料作成・データ入力の経験

[優遇条件]
- スタートアップ、ベンチャーキャピタルでの就労経験、又は新規ビジネスに携わった経験
- 上記の業務内容に関連する経験

[Must]
- Japanese Proficiency: JLPT N2 or above to liaise with Japanese third parties
- PC skill（Excel／Word／PowerPoint, ZOOM/ Teams）
- Experience in general secretarial work, preparation of simple documents, inputting data, etc.

[Advantage]
- Work experience in a major company new business creation team, startup, VC, or other related company
- Work experience similar to the above job description
