**Scope of Work**

1. Collection and careful review of the ‘job file’ and make sure the scope of work is understood and any eventual changes during the course of execution are reported to the local-country management.

2. Supervise activities of teams such as technicians and other labor during execution of catalyst handling, CDT and various other industrial maintenance services as required.

3. To act as the representatives on site of the **CR3 **Company concerned towards the clients.

Note: Such duty does not include authority to accept variations the contracts that may or not have an effect on the price without prior reference made to the local-country management that carries final responsibility in dealing with such matters.

4. Acting as the ‘Authorized Representative’ of the **CR3 **Company concerned for dealing with all HSE matters on site and make especially sure all personnel will behave safely with due abidance to the relevant company procedures at all times

5. Ensure all documents for project are properly maintained and completely recorded such as timesheet, QA/QC documents, job completion certificates, expense reconciliations and job closure reports. Documents Reporting: These duties typically include:
- Proper filling of time sheets containing status report on personnel on site, main activities with their timings AND report on main equipment - indicating serial numbers - present on site with hours worked respectively.
- Proper signing of same for witnessing by client representative, and as a minimum for all special cases as and when required (e.g. work on unit rates, extra work, standby, bad weather and the like).
- Proper filling of QA/QC documentations duly signed by the client representative when required (especially Completion Certificate upon completing the job).
- Return of expenses report for all petty cash moneys spent for the job (site money, other advances, etc.).
- Issuance of a concise **Job Closure Report **indicating Supervisor’s assessment of the history of events and suggestions improvements for future similar occasions.
- Ensure authorization of all expatriate technicians’ time sheets after verifying they are correct and properly/fully completed.
- Assist management in office duties such as job preparation, JSA’s and work schedules.
- Meet with client representatives from different departments like maintenance, operations, technical and safety to review the file and make sure the scope of work is understood.
- Continuous update to the project manager / Division manager on the progress of project inclusive of performance of workers, performance of machines & other equipment
