Responsibilities
- Support the Manager to manage the dealer support and development activities such as plan & set up yearly development / enhancement program for specific dealers
- plan & execute trainings on new products to dealers
- prepare and review training materials
- plan and organize regional trainings to dealers base on training needs.
- Support the Manager to manage and oversee the services
- Collaborate with other teams such as Parts Sales & Machine Sale to provide technical support and conduct field visits for troubleshooting and resolve issues
- gather feedbacks from both internal & external sources for product improvement
- Manage Dealer portal to provide timely and accurate service information as Product Support Bulletin to share with dealers.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Mechantronic or Electrical
- Good Communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Cross cultural sensitive
- Able to adapt and quick learner
- Able to travel occasionally
- preferably 2-3 years of experience in forklift or heavy machinery industry

Other information

working hours : 9 am - 5.45pm/ Mon-Fri

Transport pickup - Yishun, Woodlands, Jurong East and Boon Lay MRT

Allowance: $130 fixed transport allowance monthly / Oversea travel allowance (if any)

Annual leave: 14 days, with additional 1 day every year until max of 21 days
