**Intern, Supply Chain (Data Management)**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- SAP Materials Module data maintenance, reporting and analysis.
- Support and execute Data project; liaise with suppliers to obtain information and updating the system; Provide weekly progress report.
- Extract and liaise with global users to close-off Supply Chain Data requests that are no longer needed.
- Assist in ad-hoc SAP Master data maintenance specific to Vendor Master, Purchasing Info Record, Source-list and Contract Pos
- Any other related duties as requested by supervisor.

**What Will Make You Successful?**
- Undergraduate pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or Business.
- Interest to further learning of SAP and partake in S4 migration
- Strong in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. (Power BI and SAP skills will be a plus)
- Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking ability
- Good interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
- Have an international orientation, thrive in a multicultural organization.
- You have great flexibility and enjoy a motivational level that is best described as ‘passionate’.
