**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced Payments Product Specialist /Senior Business Analyst to join our platform team. The role requires deep product expertise in platforms, strong analytical and operational skills, and the ability to work effectively with international stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Research**:
Conduct market research, user studies, and customer interviews to identify and clarify real user needs.

Develop product strategies and roadmaps based on user research and competitor analysis, defining clear directions and goals.

**Customer Support**:
Act as a product expert, providing support and resolving issues for clients and partners.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with sales, marketing teams, and partners.

**Data-Driven Ownership**:
Lead and collaborate with product and development teams, taking accountability for the product line’s performance, including user experience and business outcomes.

**Market Strategy**:
Guide the team in building a Go-to-Market operational framework for the product.

Ensure effective execution and delivery of measurable business results.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working with established platforms and strong product-focused thinking.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a product specialist or in a relevant business domain such as CFD/Crypto/financial securities/financial derivatives
- Understanding of operations; hands-on operational experience is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English and Chinese to work with global teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required for business needs.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities to establish effective business partnerships.
- Willing to have frequently business Travel (60%)
