Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures
- Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc
- Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts
- Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records
- Sourcing materials and products and ensuring that meet all specifications.
- To track the status of any orders
- To deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged orders
- To ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts
- To produce and maintain all tracker
- To manage & monitor any procurement activities via Approval Max
- To provide regular, accurate and up to date feedback and information to their immediate superiors
- To constantly look for ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the department by suggesting improvements wherever needed
- To carry out duties as tasked with a professional attitude, ensuring that the theme park service standards, objectives and code of conduct are met or exceeded at all times
- Arranging transportation and shipping where necessary
- Liaising with Project Teams

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in written and verbal English
- At least 1 year of experience in related field
- Creative problem-solving ability
- Multitasking and meeting strict deadlines
- Articulate and assertive in communicating ability
- Analytical and meticulous for details
- High integrity and able to work independently
- Strong decision-making skills, and demonstrated ability to synthesize information from many sources

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $3,500.00 per month
