We are seeking a highly organized and personable **Part-Time Personal Assistant** to provide administrative support, coordinate meetings, and assist with daily operational tasks, including making outbound calls to prospects and contacts.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling and preparation of materials
- Conduct **outbound cold calls** to arrange appointments or follow up with leads
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, documentation, and correspondence
- Create and edit materials using **Canva**:
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets in **Excel** for reporting and tracking purposes
- Manage errands and on-site tasks as required
**Role Details**
- On-site position
- Minimum 18 hours per week, with flexible scheduling
- Varied tasks in a supportive environment
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in **Excel** and **Canva**:
- Comfortable and confident with phone calls to new contacts
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 18 per week
