**What the role is**
- You will be part of the Human Resource and Organisational Development (HROD) team to manage the Workday System within EMA. Workday is a common cloud-based corporate system that harmonises Statutory Boards across Public Service onto a single system. EMA onboarded the Workday System in 2021, which currently supports various HROD functions such as recruitment, onboarding, personnel data management, benefits and claims administration, performance management, learning and development, based on business requirements. You will play a vital role to review and adapt Workday modules to support EMA's HROD business processes, as well as identify opportunities for business process re-engineering (BRP) initiatives to transform and streamline work processes.

**What we are looking for**
- 5 years relevant experience in managing data, HR transactions and processes in HR systems, especially Workday would be preferred - Sound understanding of HR policies and ability to translate and incorporate into the HR system - Good stakeholder management skills to understand issues from user's perspective and co-create solutions to improve business processes - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to consider issues from a long-term operational perspective and identify sustainable opportunities - Highly adaptable, versatile and able to multi-task in a dynamic and changing environment - Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a range of stakeholders
