- Designing, planning, implementing and managing weekly programme.
- Case management and linking up with various stakeholders and resources.
- Developing training materials for volunteers.
- Conduct mental health screenings and assessment of cases.
- Manage and train volunteers.
- Research and create content regarding youth mental health on our social media website and newsletter.
- Oversee and supervise Social Work Associate in the programme.
- Review and evaluate programmes for impact study.
- Implement and facilitate the groupwork curriculum.
- Maintain client records to ensure that it is accurate and timely for data analysis.
- Degree in Social Work or relevant qualifications
- Knowledge and ability to assess cases, engage and carry out intervention plans in a timely manner.
- Ability to work with clients in time-based programmes to achieve the desired outcomes.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in working with youth-at-risk and their families.
