1. Role Description:
Administration manager plans organises and controls the internal administration of an organisation and participates in formulating its administrative policy such as the organisations needs for records information communication and other common services. He/she oversees the common services and coordinates departmental reporting and record-keeping systems negotiates with suppliers of business services and other services. He/she may act as secretary to the board of directors or governing body. He/she may also in non-profit-making organisations have responsibility for maintaining membership records ensuring that examination and registration regulations are observed.

2. Specific Responsibilities:
Experience in processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in managing and organizing administrative documents, such as invoices, contracts, permits, and licenses, to ensure compliance and facilitate easy retrieval when needed.
Understanding of financial processes and procedures, such as budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting, to support financial management activities within the organization.
Ability to manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and conditions for procurement of food products, packaging materials, and other supplies.
Ability to analyze data related to sales, inventory, and financial performance, and generate reports and insights to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
