**Assistant Engineer (Customer service)**
- Provide on-site technical support for clients, including installation, troubleshooting, product demonstrations and training sessions and site survey
- Strive to get up-to-date technical skills and knowledge to keep pace with industry advancement
- Collaborate with the sales team in daily routine work
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Support on all technical, operations and logistic matters
- Handle and liaise incoming shipment & outgoing vessel shipment orders
- Prepare quotation/ delivery order and other documents
- Other Ad-hoc duties as per assigned

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years of working experience
- Must be strong in written and admin duties
- Must be able to work independently with teamwork spirit
- Patient, flexible, and work with great hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to go to client site in the case of emergencies
- Major in Engineering will be an advantage
