**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Explain the features and benefits of the products or services offered.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the database accordingly.
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimally an A'Level Cert or Diploma, Business, or a related field is a **PLUS**.
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar customer service role is a **PLUS**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain professional under pressure.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting targets and goals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools is an advantage.
