- Manages relationship and onboard key external partners
- Initiate and consolidate key campaigns and promotions with external partners
- Holds regular sessions to manage and improve relationships with partners, while working in tandem with Reg Business Product Management team to share key product pipelines
- Work with Shopee PR team regionally to consolidate and push PR efforts, if applicable
- Manage on-platform campaigns across markets
- Manage end to end planning and coordination of campaigns with external partners

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of working experience in marketing / account management roles. Prior experience working in e-commerce is an advantage
- Ability to translate strategic goals for the team into actionable next steps
- To have a growth mindset and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently with good attention to detail
- Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with the ability to perform under timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Excel is a must, while marketing tracking tools like Google Analytics and affiliate platform is preferred
