**Role Overview**

As a **Marketing & Operations Intern**, you will play a key role in supporting both our marketing initiatives and operational processes. This dynamic role offers hands-on exposure to content creation, campaign management, influencer partnerships, visual merchandising and retail sales front end and back end operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation & Marketing**
- Ideate, produce, and edit short-form video content for Instagram and TikTok.
- Research and engage with influencers aligned with OWELL’s brand.
- Manage influencer collaborations, including negotiations and campaign execution.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing Department.

**Operation & Coordination**
- Daily operation - liaise with retail sales staff in the area of sales fulfilment, promotion feedback, products feedback.
- Taking minutes during the marketing meeting and sales meeting, follow up with the relevant departments to execute the tasks.
- Assist team with monthly sales report and other administrative tasks.
- Work closely with the Head of Department

**General Support**
- Assist with photoshoots, graphic design, video editing, as and when needed.
- Support new product design and packaging box design

**Job Requirements**:

- Creative Skills: Familiar with social media platforms, video editing and digital marketing tools. Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator.
- Operational Interest: Keen to learn about retail operational and management processes.
- Passion for health wellness and sports enthusiasm.
- Soft Skills: Adaptable to fast-growing pace, attention to detail with a keen eye for proofreading and editing. Have strong command of both English and Mandarin (both written and spoken). Can-do attitude.

We are looking for someone who is available for a **6-month full-time internship**( fresh graduates/school internships/attachments are welcome).
