We’re looking for a kick ass Content & creative Strategist
You’re a storyteller and content creator at heart. You have been regularly putting out content on social media, learning and refining your approach. You obsess over the latest social trends, be they on TikTok, IG, or YouTube. You love creativity as much you love analysing why some content performs better than others.
You marry that obsession with a willingness to be informed by data, engaging in a test-learn-scale approach to optimising content. You pride yourself on your ability to create content (typically video) that drive brand value and business results.
You’ll work on our hero brands and be deeply involved in the consumers touch points. You’ll be to see whether your content produces business impact. You’ll get to own the success and failure of your work. This is a chance to move the needle and do work that matters
**Had You Been With Us Last Month, You Would Have**:
- Developed a social media campaign to drive reviews and UGCs of products. Monitored the results and tweaked the campaign to improve results
Launched YouTube campaign. Started with videos edits using assets we already own (studio shoot and influencer content). Use learnings to determine direction (content type, angle, offers, story) for future content shoot.
Great video editing skill. You are as comfortable with high production studio shoots as you are with gritty handphone shots. You understand that styles that different platform demands a different style to succeed.
- Story telling skill. You understand how to communicate (and script) in a way that attracts attention, captures interests, builds desire, and compels action.
- Strong knowledge of FB, IG, YT, Linkedin and Tik Tok — understands and is able to form strong hypothesis about what makes content ticks on each platform
- Experience and obsession with creating content for social media platforms. You are familiar with best practices and industry trends. You have creators that you love and admire, and what are the elements that makes their content work.
- Able to define key social media KPIs and make tweaks based on it.
- A strong bias toward execution. You love working independently and thrive when given freedom and flexibility. You don’t need a babysitter
