**What You’ll Do**:

- **Social Media Content Creation**: Develop engaging social media posts, reels, and stories to connect with our audience.
- **Marketing Campaign Execution**: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms to promote our dental services and unique offerings.
- **Research and Analysis**: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and target audience insights to enhance our marketing strategies.
- **Community Engagement**: Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, track performance, and interact with followers.
- **Creative Campaign Ideas**: Brainstorm and contribute fresh ideas for branding and marketing initiatives.
- **Photography and Videography**: Assist with photo and video shoots, including editing, to showcase patient journeys, treatments, and behind-the-scenes content.
- **Event Support**: Help plan and coordinate events, such as educational seminars and patient appreciation days.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Social Media Savvy**: Strong knowledge of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- **Creative Skills**: Basic experience with graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite).
- **Passion for Healthcare and Aesthetics**: A genuine interest in dental care and creating smiles through digital storytelling.
- **Communication and Organization**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- **Team-Oriented Attitude**: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.

**Technical Skills**:

- Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance and optimize content.
- Experience in photography or video shooting/editing is a strong plus.
