**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As part of the Operations team, you are required to be responsible for the authentication process and also supportive for the fulfilled warehouse operations. We are always looking for better ways to ensure on time delivery to our global buyers.

As an Authenticator, you are required to be a big fan of sneakers and streetwear culture.
- Manage end-to-end verification and authentication process with following SNKRDUNK guidelines and SOP
- Passion to keep learning / updating knowledge of sneaker products from major brands Nike, Jordan, Adidas, and etc.
- Follow working schedule and standard operating procedures
- Able to work closely with operations team
- Proactively perform other ad-hoc job /related duties

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Big advantage on relevant experience and passion in sneakers and streetwear industry
- Experience in retail, fashion, e-commerce, warehousing or operations are welcome
- General computer knowledge
- Great attention to details
- Manage day-to-day operations
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Excellent team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous with good organizational skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Minimum Qualification is 'N' Level/'O' Level/ITE/NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma
