**LEAN EXECUTIVE
**Working Conditions**:
- Transport allowance

- Annual Leave: 14 days up to fifth year / 15 days sixth year onwards
- Working hours: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday / Saturday 8.30 am to 12.30 pm (Alternate after confirmation)
- Handphone will be supplied by the company and only basic subscription can be reimbursed.
- Support Logistics department in the management of Lean Transformation programmed through the implementation of Lean initiatives and Kaizen events
- Lead the team in reviewing and strengthening Lean framework implementation plan, with alignment to the enterprise business goals.
- Drive and support Lean implementation across the company through the development of training framework, project cycle framework, etc; and guide the Lean teams in project implementation to achieve the project goals.
- Review and set Lean standards in workflow and problem resolution processes to ensure consistency and harmonization across the company.
- Lead the team in measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of improvement processes, including performing benchmarking exercise against industry standards.
- Review and establish Lean accreditation framework to audit Lean value stream activities at business units.
- Review and establish Lean role mandate for all levels of the organization.
- Review the organization’s Lean capability needs and work with the organization to establish the coaching requirements of Lean trainers, facilitators, specialists and staff to sustain high standards of staff proficiency.
- Assess and certify in-house Lean trainers and facilitators upon completion of required training and demonstrated competencies.
- Expand and sustain the Lean deployment efforts through establishing Kaizen and continuous improvement events.
- Report in various forums the Lean transformation progress.
- Gather data and compile meaningful reports for customer data analysis and internal data quality scoring
- Analyze customer and campaign data - focusing on data that accurately measures actionable results.
- Develop ongoing and ad-hoc reports to track key performance metrics
- Assist in creating and maintaining client-facing & internal business-reports/dashboards
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment that requires a high degree of energy and focus with an emphasis on speed and quality of deliverables.
- Ensure company procedures, processes and practices are compliance with company standards and regulations
- Comply with company policies and standards as well as suggest improvement
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders in executing and implementing existing or new policies and procedures
- Lead and support quality improvement activities within the company
- Reviewed documents for completeness, accuracy, and authenticity by performing quality/lean reviews and complying with document control procedures and any relevant documents
- Manage and maintain updated documentation throughout the work processes and projects based on the company’s policies and procedures
- Compile all the required documentation for customers during projects hands over in order to comply with the project requirements.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned.
**Mandatory Job Requirements**:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business or relevant quantitative disciplines.
- More than 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in Lean implementation and sustainment.
- Strong expertise in Lean principles, and is the go-to person to seek advice in Lean methodologies, including value stream design, implementation and sustainment.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Proven leadership success in driving Lean in a large organization
- Great team leader in leading and motivating a team.
- Effective collaboration, communication and stakeholders’ management skills, with a proven ability to influence and drive changes among operational and business stakeholders, including our staff and customers.
- Demonstrated experience with development processes
- particularly design controls, risk management (ISO Standards), and documents/process controls
- Provide Lean and Six Sigma tools training for the site to close capability gaps and promote continuous improvement culture.
- At least 2 years of data analysis experience.
- Familiar with local and regional GDPMDS and ISO standards
