- Position Title**:Lab Assistant (Food Ingredients)**:

- Working Location: Loyang
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6.15 pm; One Saturday (half day) in a month (9 am - 12.30 pm)
- Salary Package**:Up to $2300 + Lunch provided + Variable Bonus**:

- Duration: Permanent Role

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare outgoing production samples for QA/QC manager sensory evaluation and submit sensory report (for specific products)
- Prepare and courier samples for external lab testing
- Perform lab testing e.g. pH, density (for specific products)
- Weighing and blending of ingredients for sample preparation
- Maintain retained samples library
- Support lab testing operations and maintain laboratory equipment
- Maintain lab housekeeping cleanliness standards, observe safety requirements and Good Laboratory Practices
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
