We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Utilizing your expertise, you will translate these requirements into clear and concise specifications for our development team, ensuring the final product aligns seamlessly with our business goals.

**_Roles & Responsibilities _**

User support
- Analyze complex user problems/issues and propose workarounds until they are fixed
- Formalize the reports of anomalies to be corrected by the development team
- Assist the business users to set up their screens and make optimal use of the functionalities
- Promote new features and participate in change management
- Write documentation for user

Business analysis
- Collect and analyze the business requirements on complex or spanning issues
- Formalize the functional specifications that will be sent to the development team
- Ensure that business requirements respect the consistency of the ETRM
- Propose an implementation schedule respecting the priorities set by the Team Leaders or the Manager
- Being the interlocutor of the development teams

Testing
- Design and execute functional testings, non-regression testings and “user acceptance testings” (UAT)
- Ensure compliance of the delivered software with the functional specifications and respect the expected level of quality
- Design test scenarios that will be executed by an automated testing tool

Technical Operation

**_Skills & Experience _**

Functional/Technical
- University educated to at least master’s level (BAC+4/5) ideally with a specialization in Financial Markets/Financial Institutions
- At least B1/B2 in French

Soft skills
- Able to work autonomously
- Good organizational skills
- Big picture perspective
- Resourceful and well organised
- Proactive, and have good ability to convince
- Good communication skills and service-oriented Capacity for analysis and synthesi
