**Qualifications**:

- **Commitment to Innerfit's Growth**:A strong desire to contribute to Innerfit's vision and growth.
- **Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field (required).**:

- **Professional Certifications**:Must hold relevant certifications such as NSCA-CPT, ACE-CPT, NASM-CPT, or equivalent.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**:Ability to effectively communicate and empathize with clients.
- **Teamwork**:Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
- **Positive Mindset**:Possesses a bright and positive energy that can invigorate the team.

**FAQ.**

**WHERE DO SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?**Innerfit is a **private, mobile-based service**—clients do **not**come to a public gym. Trainers meet clients at their homes or pre-arranged private/shared spaces. You will always be assigned clients based on location convenience.

**DO I NEED TO BRING IN CLIENTS OR DO SALES?**
**No.**All clients are onboarded and matched by Innerfit’s central system.**Your role is to deliver expert care within your scope.

**WHAT'S THE WORK FORMAT?**
**Part-time / freelance to start.**We match based on availability, performance, and fit. If KPIs are met (client satisfaction, attendance, communication), trainers are offered more clients or hybrid roles.

**You don’t work alone**You’re part of a collaborative care team (PTs, coaches, recovery specialists)
